The pursuit of happiness without first finding purpose is an unwise goal that will only lead to empty nihilistic hedonism. Find purpose first & happiness will follow outside of the realm of cheap short lived thrills.
The damage we have inflicted upon ourselves as a global society at this point appears irreversible. The principle goal of this book is to bring your attention to the reality that purpose is the most powerful and core evolutionary tool that we have and can only be found through responsibility. Responsibility can only be found through people. One needs to help carry the cross of another in order to find responsibility
The easiest way to find purpose is through family and relationships. Without purpose, you are week, because purpose produces strength. There is a whole spectrum of emotions to consider that is balanced by your sense of purpose.
Technology is an indelible fixture of modern life, women will continue to participate in the workforce & seek independence from men & the family unit . Men & Women will continue to seek a happiness that rarely exists outside of guilty pleasures and unhealthy lifestyles as the result of the loss of meaning & purpose our society. As the global economy weakens at the household level, and the secular, left-wing agenda only continues to solidify. The pushback from conservative factions arrived too late and with too little force to alter this trajectory.
Social media is not going anywhere and instead of looking inward towards our communities, our relationships with people and family, we are being fractured by social media & Freudian based Marxist ideology. For 300 000 years we evolved in small nomadic tribes. Our cognition was never expected to be able to adapt the way that we have. Dawkins has even states that he is surprised that the human race did not implode with the rise of social media, a sedentary lifestyle through the growth of technology & dating apps which reward the top 10% of males and trick women into believing that they will find fulfillment through hookup culture & distancing themselves from foundational relationships with men .
Indeed, a strong argument can be made that every generation since the 1950s has experienced a slow cognitive and cultural decline alongside the rise of modern feminism and progressive ideologies. The West has grown soft. A culture that deliberately deviates from foundational Judeo-Christian value systems is now practically locked into our collective cellular memory, and these fractured modern values are what now shape our upbringing.
However until the conservative party separates religion from ideology unfortunately they will never get traction. While religion was a powerful tool that helped us shape our culture, in the age of AI we know better now. In order for society to thrive one must understand our limitations of abstract thought and seek out truth through science & philosophy
The Demographic Reality
So, what comes next?
The reality is that we must attempt, as individuals, to halt our own cognitive and cultural decline if we hope to preserve our heritage. Currently, Western and Eastern European populations face birth rates well below the replacement level. If current trends hold, these distinct cultural demographics risk functional erasure within the next century, with a steep, noticeable decline occurring over the next fifty years.
This demographic contraction will likely create yet another genetic and cultural bottleneck, mirroring those seen throughout human history. The societies poised to endure are those that have fiercely maintained traditional values—predominantly found across Islamic nations and various African cultures.
Slowly but surely, the West will slip quietly into the night. There will be no cataclysmic wars, no dramatic turning points; it will simply be the mechanism of democracy working against us as our populations cease to reproduce. In the United States, roughly 52% of women over the age of 30 are childless. In Italy, the demographic winter is even more severe. Western birth rates universally languish below the replacement rate of 2.1. Our culture will gradually fade, replaced quietly and incrementally by those who chose to multiply.
A Path Forward for the Individual
Thus, my conclusion is pragmatic & honest
Women, continue to work. Men, follow the rules of the current system. But commit to understanding the deeper mechanics of who you are. Generational change will not happen overnight; returning to a healthy, balanced societal equilibrium will take lifetimes, particularly because our core value systems become deeply rigid after the age of 27.
As a religious agnostic who leans toward quantum physics and metaphysical explanations over traditional Christian theology, I offer this final perspective:
Let the modern world proceed as it will. Let women work, let society follow its current social mores, and adhere to prevailing norms. But focus on the micro-changes. Work relentlessly on your own mind, seek deep self-awareness, and focus on your immediate domain. In doing so, you may just find the meaning, purpose, and profound human connection that modern society has stripped away—discovered once again through family, legacy, and genuine connection.
But note, that the human race will never be the same. To much has changed within our cellular memory and biology… Women are being born with less affinity to attachment, higher levels of testosterone, smaller hips, better management of cortisol lower levels of oxytocin, denser bone structures, taller frames & a profinite to sedentary lifestyles, unhealthy diets & the celebration of masculine traits within their cognition. Women are becoming men biologically through evolution as our current extended phenotype is altering the neurology, cognition and biology of the modern man and women through evolution. Feminine traits in men are being celebrated and masculine traits are being demonized an cortisol management is deteriorating in men and many other factors. The reality being, that both sexes in the majority are steadily showing lower levels of happiness and higher levels of mental decline.
There is a clear flip, with women in the USA owning 13% more property & the average female office worker having more success in blue color jobs then men. Women are graduating from university at 12% higher rates then men and overall, men are starting to rely on women for income as many have been found unemployed. This has also caused women to drop their biological standards in men… There is a clear flip in gender roles happening and nobody is talking about it.
The irony of this all is that evolution is not broken. Species go extinct all the time… It is just that our species seems to be one that will not survive the proverbial winter.
I am not suggesting that you suddenly force women back into the kitchen… In fact quite the opposite. The fundamental purpose of this ebook is to better your understanding of who we are as a species, that changes in our cellular memory, DNA mutations & extended phenotype have taken place that can not be undone.
Again, instead of some far right extremist concept of going back to an age before the industrial revolution, make the micro changes in your life to help you find your path because without purpose we have only nihilism.
